Leave the cleaning to us while you focus on your move. We prepare a quote based on the size, condition, and cleaning needs of your property. We can clean inside empty cabinets and drawers, kitchen appliances, bathrooms, doors and frames, baseboards, blinds, closets, and floors. Your exact scope will be confirmed in the quote.

Hourly Service

If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in the last 30 days or has heavy buildup, please add the flat-rate Heavy Duty extra when you book.
Work outside the regular scope, like decluttering or organizing, is charged at our hourly rate before the cleaning starts.

How do I get a price?

What's the difference between Regular, Deep and Move In/Out cleaning?
Regular cleaning keeps a home that has been professionally cleaned in the last 30 days in shape. Deep cleaning goes top to bottom and is the best place to start. Move In/Out cleaning is for empty homes and adds inside cabinets, drawers, oven and refrigerator. The full list is in the What's Included section above.
Do you offer discounts for recurring cleaning?
Yes. Weekly cleanings are 15% off, every-other-week 10% off and monthly 5% off, and your recurring price is locked for 12 months.
Can I book by the hour?
Yes. Hourly service is $55 per hour for a team of two or $40 per hour for one cleaner, with a 4-hour minimum. We use the time on whatever you need, including extras.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Our team brings all the supplies and tools, including vacuums and mops.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Just give us instructions on how to get into your home or office and leave the rest to us.
When is my card charged?
For home cleanings, a hold is placed on your card and nothing is charged until the cleaning is finished. Commercial accounts are invoiced.
Who will be cleaning my home?
Uniformed, professionally trained cleaners, in teams of one to three. Every cleaner is interviewed in person and background checked.
Will the same cleaner come every time?
We do our best to send the same cleaner or team every visit, and we will let you know if that changes. If you prefer a specific cleaner or team, just tell us.
What should I do before the team arrives?
You don't need to clean before we come. We only recommend putting away important papers and precious items, and letting us know about any special requests.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Just let us know about your pets when you book.
Is there anything you don't clean?
We don't move heavy furniture, work above what our 2-step ladder reaches, clean carpets, handle bio-hazards or infested properties, or move appliances connected to gas or water. The full list is under What We Don't Do above.
